About Women’s Health

Women experience major physical and mental changes during their life stages that differ from those of men, and their health challenges are diverse.

Promoting women’s health is important not only for menstruation, pregnancy, and childbirth but also for women to proactively choose and execute their life plans.

HGPI has conducted surveys, research, and policy advocacy activities to promote reproductive health/rights and improve literacy in women’s health.

In the future, we will further strengthen the network we have developed in the past, continue to disseminate past proposals, etc., and promote policies on women’s health over the entire life course, focusing on menopausal health issues that have not been focused on in the past.
